REMEMBERING HAROLD LEE DODD
Harold Lee Dodd was born on January 10,
1921 in Beloit, Wisconsin. His family settled in Oakland, California. He served in the Navy during World War II. Hal’s niche is near his first wife Virginia Cummings Dodd, who predeceased him.
Hal married Rhonda Ann Miller, originally from Pennsylvania. They shared ownership of the Locoboose Train shop in Redwood City for 23 years. He was a member of several model train organizations. Hal and Rhonda travelled extensively throughout the world that included memorable train rides.
Hal’s family includes: Wife Rhonda Dodd; Sister Dorothy Olinger, nephews Daniel and David; Sister Eleanor Cumins, nephew Steven, and niece Elizabeth; Daughter Mary Lee Dodd, daughter Mary Beth Alban, grand-daughter Carol Alban; Daughter Gail Elaine Dodd, grand-children Kimberlee and Jon Garcia, great-grandchildren Roman Garcia and Logan Hellyer, grand-children Richard and Christi Broadbent, great-grandchildren Tabitha and Shawna Faulkner, grandchildren Roy and Tammy Broadbent, great-grandchildren Asher and Ashton Broadbent, Noah Boone.
The Cummings family includes: Bob and
Aida Cummings, Bill and Shirley Cummings, Carol Comstock, and Lois Norberg and their children, grand-children, and great-grand-children.
