George is no longer with us, but his memories still remain captured in our hearts. His infectious laughter and cheerful nature has always brought joy to everyone's lives.He was like an angel that came and made our lives beautiful, and now that he is in heaven, we know he is doing the same. There are so many wonderful stories about George. He was a mentor to me and a dear, irreverent friend. One of my favorite anecdotes was the story of how when he first got to the U.S. from Fiji, he was blown away by elevators. Had never been in one and was wary of entering. He, of course, got over it. Overall, George gave all of us permission to use 4-letter words. I know truck drivers that would blush at George's language. You were missed the moment you retired in 2011, but it was a comfort knowing you were still around. Bula, George!
