George Juichi Matsui, 96, of El Cerrito, CA, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2019 with his family by his side.
George was born in San Fernando, CA on September 2, 1923 to Kahichi and Mitsu Matsui. Preceded in death by his wife, Jane, and son, Ron Matsui. Loving father of Karen (Rich) Owoc. Proud grandfather of Garrett (Andreanna) Owoc and Cameron Owoc.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on November 16, 2019 at the Buddhist Church of Oakland.
