George Kramer's Obituary
GEORGE WILLIAM KRAMER Born March 15th, 1924, passed away on March 27th, 2007 at the age of 83 surrounded with comfort of his family. George was preceded in death by his son Douglas. He is survived by his wife Carmen of 55 years, his daughters Sheila, Linda, Doreen, Susan, son Edward, sister Anna Mac Donald, niece and nephew Christine and Bill. He will be greatly missed by all including his 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was a pilot in the U.S. Army during World War II spending most of his tour in Hawaii. He retired from the U.S. Naval Supply center after 35 years. His hobbies consisted of fishing with his son Edward, real estate and perfecting his “jack of all trades” life style. He so loved finding a deal, most of his spare time was spent attending the Betts and Albinos auctions. Family and friends are invited to the viewing at the Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave., in Oakland on Friday, April 6th from 4:00-8:00pm, and to attend Services on Saturday, April 7th at 1:00pm at the same location.
