I got to know Gary briefly in 1983 during a kitchen remodel in a home I lived in Berkeley at the time. He seemed a pleasant man with a good sense of humor. I also met his future bride, Vicky. They seemed a good match. I would have liked to have maintained contact with them had I not moved and lost touch with them. My very belated condolences to their family. May they rest in peace, and rise again to meet their benevolent Maker. God's blessings to their family and friends.

In this sad time of loss for the family, may you find comfort and strength in the promise that we find for Gary at Isaiah 25:8. In that beautiful scripture we read, "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces."
