Sue (Savio) Dulgar
Frankie had the hearts of the Savio family from the day he moved in on Wiley Street. He ran down the middle of the street asking: who wants to be my friend? Shortly after the Petersen's arrived we realized that our dad's already knew each other. They had worked together. This was the beginning of a lifelong friendship between our family and Hans, Herta and Frank. So many great memories growing up together. Frank's sense of humor and unique way of looking at things never failed to get a laugh. In the past few years a pattern developed where we only saw each other at funerals. We promised at the last funeral we attended that we would do something to break that pattern. And we did, if only for a short while. We visited with Herta at Frank and Donna's house. And we had lunch at Elios a few months later. It's a lesson, life is short, don't waste time. This photo was taken at our apartment in 1978 just after Corey and I were married. What a handsome guy that Frankie was!! He will be missed and he was certainly loved! My thoughts and prayers are with Donna and Herta.
