Frank James Howard's Obituary
Frank James Howard passed away in Richmond, CA on August 14, 2001. His granddaughters Nicole Foggy, Sassandra Traylor and Rainie Wooten and his stepsons Ronald Harris and Dunray Harris, survive him. Seven sisters and brothers and a host of relatives and friends also survive him. A native of Galveston, TX, he was 74 years of age. Frank was a member of I.L.W.U. of San Francisco, CA.Friends are invited to call at the Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland on Sunday, August 19th from 1:00 to 5:00pm for Visitation and to attend Funeral Services at Chapel of the Chimes on Monday, August 20th at 10:00am.
