Eveline M. Edward's Obituary
Eveline Marrianne Edward was born on May 27th, 1949 in Falkenberg, Germany.
She was the only child of Margarete Hildegard Kuke and Gerhard Erich Risse.
She met and mesmerized the heart of Frankie Edward who she would marry on November 2, 1972. Their union blended, nurtured and bonded three daughters; Patricia Risse, Cassandra Crawford and Natassija Edward.
Eveline made the United States her permanent residence in 1981 and jumped at the opportunity to become a career women. Her time in the Workers Comp insurance profession spanned over 30 years honing her skills at Gate McDonald, Industrial Indemnity and finally at PG&E where she worked for 15 years.
Eveline loved good friends, good food and a good laugh. She was authentic, tenacious and had strong convictions. Her smile was as affectionate as her warms hugs. These few, of her many lovable qualities are what sustained lasting and meaningful friendships that spanned decades despite the sometimes ornery disposition she was known and beloved for.
Nothing meant more to Eveline than her family. She loved her daughters, absolutely adored her grandchildren-Tevel, Kamal, Zoe and Tylor and embraced each of her daughter’s better halves-Jennifer, Bobby and Robert-with cherished affection.
Eveline was preceded in death by her husband and loving friend Frankie Edward and her mother Margarete Risse. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters-Patty, Sandy and Tassi, four grandchildren- Tevel, Kamal, Zoe and Taylor and a brother in life Gerald. She also left a daughter in-law Jennifer, two sons in-law, Bobby and Robert, nieces, nephews and a host of family and dear friends.
