Glen was an amazing poet — wit, grit & poignant stories intertwined. And each of his photos, a novel waiting to be read.
Ellen, We received your note about Glen's passing and the upcoming memorial this Friday. We are so sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, we won't be able to attend, but very much appreciate the notice. I will be in touch. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Laura Chesnut Keber

What a wonderful man.
When Ellen and Glen left San Francisco; we did not see him as frequently. Definitely our loss. We had a connection through MFOW where my sister worked, and my brother-in-law was dispatcher. His poetry and artwork was so honest, and filled with his unique ability to observe. Glen's words were equal to his artwork. The "poetry at the 33" group is shrinking, and without a home, but memories are etched forever in our hearts. One of my favorite poets. and human beings.Sympathy to Ellen, and his extended family.Nancy Keane
Glen is one of the most genuine people I have met in my life. The most genuine writer, the most genuine painter, the most genuine wine drinker, the most genuine curser, the most genuine hardware store employee, and even though heâ??s the only cowboy Iâ??ve met in my life, I somehow know heâ??s the most genuine cowboy, and in-spite of that, the most genuine San Franciscan. The most genuine friend. The most genuine husband.Hrayr Eulmessekian
