E. Nicholas DukellisResident of OaklandNick passed away peacefully at his residence in Oakland on Saturday, August 7, 2010, in his 72nd year. Beloved soyi of the late John (1970 and Irene (1957) Dukellis. Loving and proud father of his daughter Niki Dukeills and his son John (Keryun) Dukellis. Brother of Evelyn, Elene (Bernard), John ( Janet ), Robert (Wanda), and Cathleen. Remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thank you to Jake for his compassion, friendship, and support, and to Gloria for always being there and encouraging him over the years.Visitaiton will take place at the at the Chapel of the Chimes, 4429 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland on Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 6:00- 8:30 p.m., with a Trisagion to be held at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Chapel of the Chimes on FrIday, August 13, 2010 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension in Oakland, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, or the charity of your choice.
