Randall Packer
Donald was a great colleague, friend and collaborator during the 1990s while I was living in San Francisco and directing Zakros InterArts.
This photo is from our 1993 John Cage Memorial Concert at Fort Mason, and that's Donald with his long hair in the lower right corner.
I have such wonderful memories from that period of my life, when I worked on many projects with Donald and his partner Pamela Z, and a host of other artists, musicians, dancers, and technologists. It was a great time and Donald was part of a community I will cherish forever, a time when everything seemed possible and anything goes.
