Donald L. Graves' Obituary
Donald Lee Graves, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed quietly in the early morning hours of Sept. 5, of a long-standing illness. We miss him dearly. Don was born on Nov. 2, 1939 in Melissa, Texas to Nina and Glenn Graves. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jacqueline Savard Graves; children, Wendy Graves, David Graves and Alicia Miller; daughter-in-law, Linda Graves, and son-in-law Mark Miller. He had three beautiful grandchildren, Alana Miller, Alexandra Miller, and Andrew Graves, and a great-grandson, Kato Graves. He is also survived by six of his siblings and their spouses, Dorothy and James Medcalf, Robert and Wanda Graves, Jim and Angela Graves, Jerry and Debbie Graves, Carroll and Prissy Graves, and Bill and Fran Graves. His dog Zeekie also misses him terribly. Don will be interred at Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland. There will be a memorial celebration of his life at a later date by invitation.
