Donald Graham's Obituary
Donald Frederick Graham II, (Donnie) age 72, of Ukiah, CA passed away on January 5, 2016 at 0825.
The funeral service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, Oakland, CA. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Chapel of the Chimes.
Donnie was born at Peralta Hospital in Oakland, CA on August 18, 1943. He graduated from high school and went on to join the US Army and to serve in Germany.
Donnie was married to Linda Henry and they were together for many years.
Donnie was a soldier in the US Army. He also worked for Caterpillar for a number of years. He enjoyed college football, the LA Raiders, crystals, gardening, going to the beach, dancing, animals, traveling the world and fine food.
Donald F. Graham, II is survived by his children; Geni Graham and Donald R. Graham, his grandchildren; Dustin L. Rossman, Jr., Macey T. Petit, Sierra E. Graham, Marcela Graham-Teodosio, his nieces Marla Mitchell Surenok, Christine Mitchell and cousin Bill Higginbotham, as well as other family and friends.
Donald F. Graham, II is preceded in death by Donald Frederick Graham, Dorothy Genevieve Graham, Marilyn Burnham, Gloria Steffan.
The family of Donald Frederick Graham, II wishes to thank St. Helena hospital and UC Davis-Sacramento, for the phenomenal job they did in saving and prolonging Don’s life as well as providing outstanding support in the transitional time of his life. We would also like to thank Master Jenee for performing final rites for Donald F. Graham, II in the Lakota tradition and for providing us his ascendant name of Chief White Bear when helping him to cross over.
