(Teresa) Dolores Del Toso, 88
Dolores Del Toso, (née Guion), died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Emeryville, California on February 17, 2018. She was born in Gorizia, Italy on February 28, 1929 to Mattea and Antonio Guion. She was the first born of three children. Dolores completed her education in Italy before immigrating to the United States in 1951 with her mother and two sisters. They found a home in San Francisco where Dolores met and married Walter Del Toso. They had one son, Maurice. Dolores enjoyed a 30 year career in the foreign exchange division of Bank of America.
In retirement Dolores became an accomplished photographer and her work was exhibited at least twice in the juried Emeryville Art Exhibition.
She was a devoted mother, daughter and sister. She will be missed by all those who knew her.
Dolores is predeceased by her husband Walter and son Maurice. She is survived by her sisters Marisa and Norina.
Dolores will be interred next to her son Maurice at the Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland California on March 15th 2018
