dian, one of my great friends for 30 years in the real estate business. As her go to contractor and handyman, she would trust me and I relied on her as an honest realtor. We were a great team. She had to chastise me only once, and I corrected my course of my business dealings based on that conversation. What a wonderful human being. It was my privilege to work in her personal home.
