It saddens me still. My nephew was gonna b the next professional football player, coming out of McClymonds High. I miss him & will b missn! However, I'm soooooooo happy that he's in a great place, with GOD! I refuse 2 b selfish & want him 2 endure the pain he was dealn with being here with all of us… Where he's at now, NO PAIN whatsoever!!!!!! I LOVE U NEPHEW!!! I LOVE MY NIECE (TIERRA)! I knew of Darryl thru the heart of his grandmother, she would always talk about hergrandson with love, and always remark how nice of a kid he was! She would always praise his athletic abilities and say that he loves playing sports! I did meet Darryl whenhis grandmother (Rose Zachery) brought him to work for "bring your child to work day".He left such an engraved impression with his manners and politeness. I told his grandmother that he was going to make her proud of him one day! I did not know of his journey and fight at the time. Throughout his journey, Darryl (with his grandmother sharing and my keeping with all updates) has been the most strong and inspirational person that deal amazingly with all that is thrown at him. I never meant Darryl personally however hearing that this young man had to go though what he went though really touched my heart, offen times I would think about him. I would like to send my Condolences to Darryl Mom, your are such a strong woman and I really admirer you for that. To all of Darryl's family and friends stay strong, he's out of his pain and suffering. God will not put more on you than you can bear. God bless all of you .
