Lit a candle in memory of Curtis Lee Guinn
Uncle Curtis will be missed and I will always remember his great sense of humor and hard working attitude.
My mother Pollie Pugh was one of Uncle Curtis' favorite sisters. He was always full of good advice for her ten children. We all loved and will miss him.
I have fond memories of Mr. Guinn throughout my whole life…from taking Anedra and I to Saturday college at UC Berkeley in his elegant Cadillac in the 80's to seeing him on Christmas sitting at the head of the dining room table chatting it up about life and what the future holds. With his genuine heart, always treating Taylor and I like family. You will truly be missed Mr. Guinn however the memories will stay forever. Love the Flemons/Ferrell/James Family!!

He had a genuine heart and always treated Taylor and I like family. You will truly be missed Mr. Guinn however the memories will last forever!!
Curtis was my Uncle and although I didn't meet him until I was an adult I was a recipient of his quick wit, love and generosity. He and Marie hosted Ellis and I several times and gave us grand tours of Oakland and San Francisco !!Curtis was a self made man and could do anything he set about doing. He was a joy to know and loved family!I will treasure the memories of Curtis and pray for the well being of Marie and the children. Remember and treasure all of the good times and memories of Curtis and may God continue to bless and keep all of you strong.
