Connie Mok, age 66 was born on December 8, 1950 in China and passed away peacefully on March 19, 2017 in Fremont, California.
Beloved mother of Agatha Lee and William Lee; loving grandmother of Chassie Lai, Cheston Lai, Zoe Lee, and Jason Lee.
She will be missed greatly by her entire family.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Sunday, March 26th, 2017 at 10:00 am in the CHIMES CHAPEL at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 4499 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland, CA 94611.
