Clifford Norman Blackett was born on August 9, 1917 and was 96 years old when he passed away on December 29, 2013 in Pleasanton, California. He was preceded in death by his parents Anna and Fred Blackett, his four brothers & four sisters and his loving wife Lillian Blackett.
He is survived by his loving family; daughters Karen Heigh (Frank Heigh) and Patty Giovanetti; grandchildren Sandy Plechaty (Joe Plechaty), Amy Johansen (Dave Johansen), and Nick Giovanetti; great-grandchildren Will, Carina, & Christian Plechaty, and Ryan & Hailey Johansen, a niece Carole Monaghan & nephew Gary Dochow.
He was a wonderful Husband, Father, Uncle, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather. He enjoyed golfing, snow skiing, playing the saxophone, telling jokes and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
