Claudine Gomez 1928 – 2012 Bay Area Resident It is with great sadness for our entire family that on June 4, 2012 at 3:40 am our beautiful mother was called home to be with our Lord Jesus. Our loving mother peacefully closed her eyes without any pain or suffering at her home of 59 years with loving family by her side. Claudine Gomez (nee) Johanson was born on Nov. 19, 1928 and was raised in Alameda where she me and wed the love of her life Albert Gomez. they shared 64 years together and made there home in San Leandro for 59 years. Mom as predeceased by her husband Albert, her eldest son James and grandson James. Also sister Brunla and more. She is at rest where we believe she was received by our Lord Jesus first than happily with Dad, her son, grandson, and sister and more, opening their arms for her. She leaves behind to mourn her children John Gomez, Janice Howland and baby girl Joy Clark, son-in-law Joe Clark. Mom has three wonderful sisters Eleanor, Susan and Laurel plus dear brother-in-law Bill. We will deeply miss her. Mom was a genuine lady in all aspects of her life. A classy lady at that. So loved by all. also leaves grandchildren John Jr., and Richard plus great grands Katie, and Imogen of Scotland. Please join us at a reception in her honor at her home in San Leandro on June 12, 2012, 3pm. We’d love to laugh and share memories in her honor
