Christina was a smart and energetic gal. She had so many ideas and so many things that she accomplished in her time on earth. I was privileged to have worked with her as a co-writer of the script of the documentary "Return to the Valley" on the Japanese American experience in the Santa Clara Valley. I will always remember her outgoing personality, her infectious chatter, and her saying, "Always bring pie." I am grateful for having known her in this lifetime. Rest in peace.

Christina left us way too soon. I remembered our intial conversations when she was working in San Jose and she was even kind enough to meet me in Oakland Chinatown to discuss the 14th & 987th Veterans and their reunion back in the late 1990's. She loved her family and was very devoted to them and vis-versa. She accomplish much in her short life but she also touched the hearts and lives of so many others. She will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.

We only were involved with Christina during the planning and execution of the Flying Tiger Reunion in Portland this year. We all were impressed with her determination to carry on despite the obvious helth problems with which shje was struggling.
