Charles E. St. Germain's Obituary
Charles Elmer Kekai’ula St. Germain of Pleasanton, California, beloved father, brother and friend, passed on August 9, 2010 at the age of 77. Charlie was born on November 10, 1932 in Honolulu, Oahu , Hawai’i.He is survived by daughters, Mary St. Germain of Hayward, CA, and Rachael Beatty of Las Vegas, NV, two grandchildren, Gunther Beatty and Gwendallyn Beatty . He is also survived by his brother, Henry St. Germain of Carson City, NV.Charlie will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Uncle Charlie’s presence will be missed as well by the Hawaiian Community where he participated in many events and charities, and where he played and sang Hawaiian Music for over 60 years.A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 1:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes located at 4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 (510) 654-0123. The family requests donations to www.bishopmuseum.org in lieu of flowers.
