Chang Tsang's Obituary
Chang Tsang, of Oakland California, passed away on May 4, 2019.
He was a kind, cheerful, and generous man, and a treasured friend to those who knew him. He enjoyed meeting new people and engaging in new adventures – especially when traveling the world.
Chang’s love for life was infectious and his love for his family was immense. Preceded in death by his wife, June Tsang, he is survived by his 5 children, and 8 grandkids.
