Carl’s life was marked by compassion, integrity, and a deep devotion to those he loved. He was known for his gentle spirit, his unwavering generosity, and the warmth he extended to everyone he met. His presence brought comfort and joy, and his legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched.
He leaves behind his devoted and loving wife, Rosetta Garrison-Collins, who was his steadfast partner and greatest blessing. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
A funeral service celebrating Carl’s life will be held on December 13, 2025, at Greater New Bethel Church. Following the service, he will be privately laid to rest at Chapel of the Chimes.
