Bette Chapman was my beloved 4th grade teacher at Carl Munck school in Oakland. I worshipped this woman . She was so kind and interesting. I learned so much having her as my teacher. I was so blessed to have her in my life. My heart goes out to her loved ones. Jeanne Robinson
Aunty Bettye was a joy to be around. We would sit in her kitchen and talk about the world and she would always provide me with her wisdom, when I needed it most. Something I never expected, was that she offered me the use of her beloved Mustang for my senior ball:-) I will never forget that.She will be missed.Darryl
