"Betty" Mary Elizabeth Watters' Obituary
Long-time Millbrae resident Betty Watters passed away on Sunday July 22nd surrounded by her family. Betty is survived by sons Frank T. Watters of Millbrae CA and William T. Watters (Deborah) of Rochester NY, daughter-in-law Kay Watters-Julsing of Grass Valley CA, Sister-In-Law Donna Webb of San Francisco, eight Grandchildren (Terry Lynn Hall, Connie Leiv (Sterling), Michael Watters (Shirley), Rick Watters (Anne), Kathy Ahern (John), Marley Minamide (Jerry), Mandy Liska (Mike), Emily Duffin (Preston) and 10 great-grandchildren (Brandon, Madeline, Jessica, Jordan, Riley, Sean, Athan, Ella, Alayna, and Wyatt). Betty was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Allena Webb, her husband of 62 years Frank F. Watters, Brothers Frank P. and Gilbert A. Webb and sons Fairchild P. and Richard A. Watters.Memorial services will by held on Friday, July 27, 10:30 am at the New Vision United Methodist Church, 450 Chadbourne Ave. Millbrae, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to one of the following: The Youth Fund or The Children's Fund at the New Vision United Methodist Church, 450 Chadbourne Ave., Millbrae CA 94030 or Heifer International, www.heifer.org.
