Arthur Francis Friedberg's Obituary
Arthur Francis Friedberg died in the city of Walnut Creek, in the state of California, on September 21, 2001. He was the devoted husband of 47 years of the late Irene Friedberg; beloved friend and respected colleague of many. He was the son of Frank George Friedberg and Katherine Beagham Friedberg of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, both deceased. Mr. Friedberg was a respected member of the community, long-time resident of Piedmont, and a native of New York. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 19, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 322 St. James Drive, Piedmont, California. Interment will be held on Monday, October 22, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Golden Gate National Cemetery, 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, California.
