I first met Arlene at Pacific Bell in the '70's and she was one of the most hard working, dedicated, but fun people there. I remember our dinners with Sean Buckley and more recently interesting conversations during our lunches in Rockridge, always followed by a nice walk around her facinating neighborhood. She had a great sense of humor and had interesting stories about her family that she loved so much. My condolences to her family and I will really miss her.
We went to school together at Sacred Heart and Holy Names High in Oakland.Miriam Ravnik and I had a pleasant lunch with Arlene in late 2009 or early 2010 at Spenglers in Berkeley. It was so good to see her again, we were making plans for another meal this month or next. I will miss her. It was fun to get together and realize that we really hadn't changed since high school. Just older. My sincere sympathies to the family, her sisters and their families. Barbara
I was so sorry to hear of Arlene's passing. We worked next to each other in the 90's. She was, without a doubt, the most pleasant neighbor I ever had. She was calm, hard working, and kind. And she laaughed a my jokes. I will think of her and smile. My sincere sympathies to her dear sisters and their families.
My condolences to Arlene's family. May she rest in peace. Please let me know when the services will be held. Thank you
