Annette Woo, 82, of El Cerrito, California, died at home on March 31, 2026. She was born in San Francisco, California, the second youngest among a family of 7 siblings. Annette was cherished; a faithful wife, devoted mother and loving aunt. She is survived by her husband, Harold Headgan Woo, daughter, Jennifer Jingee Woo, and siblings Patricia Brooks and Anthony Tsang Yee. Annette’s ashes are interned at Chapel of the Chimes, Oakland, California. Annette yearned to be in service to others, especially those pushed to the margins of society. Donations, in lieu of flowers, are requested to the Christian Broadcasting Network or a charity of your choosing.
