Anne,I have so many wonderful memories of Campolindo days….you were and will remain one of my 'heroes.' You actually used your prep time to GRADE PAPERS….yet you always had time for a quick chat and to share your wonderful smile that also made your eyes twinkle. I loved talking with you, I loved comparing Harley stories, I loved that when you dropped your bike you'd find a 'good man' to help you pick it up again! I loved that by pure serendipity Katie was in your 9th grade English and ended up with the same grammar book that I'd had as a freshman at Del Valle many, many years before!You fought a good fight, lady….one you surely didn't deserve but certainly showed the rest of us how to do it gracefully and with love and conviction.
