I rememer Auntie Anna for her warmth and caring. My fondest memories of Anutie Anna is around familly gatherings and the wonderful food she would cook. I will always remember her shrimp salad with curry dressing.Chinese New Year would she would sometimes make her sesame seed balls for which she was fameous for them. Not only was Auntie Anna a great cook, but she was more than willing to share her tricks and tips. She told me she used a little whiskey in her sesame seed ball dought which helped them puff up. Her cooking tips have become a part of my cooking techniques.I know they are eating better food in heaven now that Auntie Anna is up there helping with the cooking. Jay
