Alexander Thomas Glenn's Obituary
Alexander Thomas Glenn, 23 years old, passed away August 13, 2011 following a boating accident in the San Diego Harbor. In high school, Alex volunteered with the Piedmont Police Department’s Explorer program and graduated from Piedmont High School in the class of 2005. Alex went on to earn his BA in International Business with a concentration in Japanese from San Diego State University in the spring of 2011. He was a beloved son, brother, cousin, grandson and friend to many. Alex participated in many exciting and different hobbies such as snowboarding, skateboarding, soccer, and basketball and cultivated a passion for information technology and marketing. He lived every day to its fullest. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Friday August 19th at the Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Alex's name to the ASPCA
