I just received the intelligence of the Passing of Rev. Bell. I worked with him back in 2000 2001 at COTC- Oakland. We had great times there Rev Bell, Todd, Marley, Art and Jeff. Dan Fry was the Funeral Hm manager. He was proud being a minister of the gospel and always loved to hear him speak. We always bought each other lunch and he always kept me encouraged. May God continue to bless his family and his memories live for ever.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bell at Chapel of the Chimes. He was one of the most compassionate and loving individuals I have ever met. He had a way of making everyone feel special and his smile was infectious.
Some people never knew why they were drawn to him. It was the light of Jesus Christ that shined through him and I know God will call him ‘friend’. I appreciate his words of encouragement, his smile, and his warmth. Well done Mr. Bell and you will be greatly missed.
